what is PMS?

Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) occurs typically 7-10 days before menstruation. It results from hormonal changes and causes symptoms like bloating, cramps, tender breasts, appetite changes, headaches, breakouts, mood swings, and other physical and emotional changes.
